As we know Jesus better, his divine power gives us everything we need for living a
godly life.
I must admit that I often times want everything. I want to have a long life, a house,
new cars for my wife and I, and all the things. But see they are just things! They
are the things that can sometimes draw us away from God as we seek to have more and
more. Where does it stop?
This is something I need to work on each day. Lord help me to not be so self centered
and to truly follow your will in my life. Jesus please continue to give me what I
need and not what I want.
