Choose a good reputation over great riches, for being held in high esteem is better
than having silver or gold.
Often times we feel like having lots of cash will give us a good reputation. However
that is once again upside down from God’s point of view. We are to have a good reputation
over silver and gold.
Wow! I never thought like that. I always thought that having a good reputation wasn’t
all that great. There are people who have good reputations with people but I realize
that they have a good worldly reputation rather than a Godly reputation. That is something
I need to work on in my life.
